From middle management programs to full-scale leadership Academies.
I design and deliver leadership training that builds long-term capacity, especially in emerging markets. Co-created and led the ProCredit Leadership Academy for over 15 years. Developed Baobab Nigeria’s multi-phase Middle Management Program, including 360° feedback and coaching. Turning training into organisational change.
Ethics & Culture
Because leadership without integrity is just control.
I help organisations build ethical leadership, respectful communication and decisions guided by values. Prepare decision-makers for ethical dilemmas under pressure. Facilitate workshops on abuse prevention and respectful communication. Develop codes of conduct that connect with everyday behaviour. Coach leaders to align culture with their actions.
Green Finance & Sustainability
Capacity building for a just energy transition.
I lead and co-develop Green Finance training projects, especially in Nigeria. Designed the EIB-funded Green Finance Project Nigeria. Develop solar finance products for SMEs. Train Green Finance Consultants for local implementation. Connect financial services with sustainability and strategic priorities.
